Do you have a flat fee for certain repairs?

We have a flat fee for most repairs. We will give you a quote before we start the work and you can decide if you want to go ahead with the repair or not. Feel safe to bring your PC in. We never charge to just look at a computer.

Do you charge for inspecting the computer?

Not at all. We encourage you to bring your computer in and we will be happy to give you our opinion on the repair, free of any charges. We will give you the best solution. We are not called Best Solution for nothing.

What brands of personal computers do you service?

We service all makes and models. We also service custom built pcs and servers.

Do you provide phone support?

We are not specialised in phone or remote support, however we will go out of our way to help you. If you need help do not hesitate to call us, we will not charge for spending a few minutes on the phone with you. Sometimes this is all it takes to solve your problem.

Is my computer guaranteed to be fixed?

No we cannot guarantee this, sometimes it is not practical or feasible to fix your computer. Our policy is that you will not be charged if we cannot fix the problem.

Can I give my computer a personal inspection before taking it home?

Not only can you inspect it, but if you need instructions or we think you need to know some details about the repair we will be happy to spend some time with you before you take your computer home.

Do you backup everything? Will you keep my e-mails and family photos?

We do not back up every computer, backing up your data is your responsibility. However we will not erase or delete any of your files or programs without your approval. We will give you plenty of warning if we need to wipe a computer. And be assured we are not in the business of losing files, but in the business of recovering them.

Can I pickup my computer after 5pm?

We are open until 6pm on weekdays and we are also open for a half day on Saturdays. If you need to pick up your PC after 6pm please let us know and we will try to organise a pick-up according to your special needs.

We can arrange a pickup or drop off with you, but we will charge a fee depending on the distance and circumstances.

Do you sell Laptop / Notebook Computers?

Yes we do, please call us or come in personally and have a chat with our staff. Although we don't stock laptops in the shop we can advise you on what to consider before purchasing one, whether a laptop is suitable for you and how you can get the best deal. We can also offer you some hot deals and we can get it in the shop for you by the next day. You want to get real support with your new computer? This is how we compete with the superstores.
